Have you ever done Chasm Canyon from the top all the way to the bottom? I did the first descent of that about 12 years ago. It’s a brilliant V-slot with a swim across the lake and then out.

I remember when I found out you were going to Barkley I thought, if anyone can finish it’s him. And you did! The best rewards are always hard won. It’s finding out there is something deeper than we knew existed in us is what draws to this sort of thing. Buckles, T shirts, and plaques are hollow in the end. The best rewards can be to survive, touch the gate, and go home to loved ones. Well done. See you in Pokey.
